Sometimes I wish I have a magic wand that can melt the stress away. I’m sure you do too! Of course, we only want to get rid of the bad stress. Good stress has its purpose ~ it allows us to thrive.
Not long ago, I experienced some health issues and was convinced that is was caused because I was dealing with too much stress in my life. I tried to find a way to manage it and came up with this awareness practice exercise.
I was able to identify some daily stressors in my life and quickly found remedies to reduce my level of stress.
So here what I did!
What is the goal of this challenge?
Identify the stressors in your life and make lifestyle adjustments based on your findings.
How long does it take? How long is this challenge?
I would recommend one month. However the first time I did it, I followed it for only 7 days and made significant adjustments in my life.
How does it work?
In your bullet journal or favorite note-taking tools, create two columns: Stress Event and Quick Fix.
In the first column, write the event or situation that caused stress. In the second column, write at least one solution to avoid this stress event.
Here is an example:

~ Practice presentation in front of my family or friend
Finally, review your findings and make simple adjustments daily to reduce stress. Come back to this mindful practice exercise when stress is leveling up.
